About	Age 73, of North Huntingdon, passed away Monday, February 20, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. He was born October 14, 1943 in Surabaya, Indonesia, a son of the late Carl and Vera Heyman Meinke. Prior to his retirement, John was a claims examiner for the Veterans Administration and a veteran of the US Navy. He was a member of St. Agnes Parish and enjoyed bowling and golfing. He is survived by his wife, Carol Slaczka Meinke; two sons, Richard and his wife, Debbie, and Todd Meinke; daughter, Lisa; brothers, Robert, Hans, Mike, David; sisters, Mary Baumgarten, Jane Davolt, Thea Stone; and eight grandchildren, Ryan, Sean, Alexis, Hannah, Owen, Lauren, Alicia and Colton.
