About	Age 60, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away in Hummelstown. Bill was born Sept. 4, 1948, in Oakdale, a son of the late William F. Rapp Sr. and Jeanne L. (Adams) Rapp, who passed away in 1986 and 1999 respectively. Bill was currently employed as a custodian with the Central Dauphin School District and was previously employed at Permali, Doane Pet Foods and Turkey Hill Dairy. He graduated from Chartiers Valley High School and attended Penn State University's Main Campus. Bill was a member of Reunion Presbyterian Church, in Mt. Pleasant, the Antique Automobile Club, the Mt. Pleasant Historical Society and the Bridgeport Sportsmen's Club. He was a former member of the Mt. Pleasant and Scottdale Kiwanis Club where he served as past president. He was a faithful blood donor, was involved in many Railroad Clubs and enjoyed collecting antiques, especially milk bottles. Bill will be sadly missed by his loving family; his fiance, Kathy Bijold and her son and mother, Tim Bijold and Catherine Povlik, all of Hummelstown; his siblings, Mary C. Rapp, of Bellingham, Mass., Connie Jean Armstrong and husband, Jack, of Scottdale, Wendy L. Huffman and husband, Ed, of Scottdale, Paul F. Rapp, of Advance, N.C., Howard J. Rapp and wife, Cindy, of Bullskin Township, and Heidi Booker and husband, Russ, of Scottdale; his many nieces and nephews; a great-niece; great-nephews; and numerous friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Adam Armstrong.
