Beloved husband of Shelley Surloff Hilton; loving father of Nicholas Hilton; brother of the late Gloria Jean Oliver and Judy Marie Sray; also survived by nieces and nephews. Russ was a former owner of Community Thrift Centers in Crafton and in the North Hills and an avid bird hunter.
