| About | Martha, 69, of Pittsburgh, died Friday, March 11, 2016, in West Penn Hospital. She was born November 6,1946, in Washington, a daughter of the late Charles R. and Wilma Hormel Love. Miss Love delivered pizza for Portofino's and was a member of Federal United Methodist Church. She was in the US Army Reserves and enjoyed gardening. Surviving are her daughter, Emily Love of Oakdale; brothers and sisters, Linda (Joseph) Shady and Sandra (Kenneth) McIntyre, both of MI, Robert (Betsy) Love of Clearfield, Richard (Kimberlee) Love and David (Kristin) Love, both of Pittsburgh. Interment in Oakdale Cemetery. Memorial donations were directed to Planned Parenthood or Southern Poverty Law Center. |

Martha was a friend, a fellow school bus rider from elementary school to high school. She never has any harsh word and always was caring. I remember live at a home on top of the hill before going down into Oakdale and always trying to understand why that house never blew away in the wind. She cared, she had empathy and a friend.
