About	Age 59, of Huntington, WV, died Saturday, December 26, 2015. He was born October 8, 1956, in Bridgeville, son of the late Charles Puklus, Sr. and Judy Olschlager Puklus Dames. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He worked as a printer for Interform Solutions, Bridgeville and then for Chapman Printing, Huntington, WV. Surviving are sons, Charlie (Cari) Puklus and Zachary (Chelsey) Puklus both of Cecil; daughter, Amie (John) Benney of Cecil; grandchildren, Luke and Gabriella Benney and Zach Puklus; sister, Nancy (Randy) George of Austin, TX; companion, Jeanie Hensley of Huntington, WV; and first wife, Tracy Puklus of Cecil.
