Andrew passed away after a long battle with cancer, at age 59. Husband of Lorna, father of Kate (Evan) Fleckenstein and Andrew Huntley, Jr. Son of Kathryn and Robert Huntley, Sr., and brother of Robert Huntley, Jr. (Lorna died less than a year after Andrew on September 27, 2016.)
Terrance L. Cassidy, Sr '74 said:
Andy had the heart of a Lion. I played Football with him and had a Class or two with him.
Andy put everything into what he did. If everybody tried as hard as he did, they would be better people.
His go to attitude was great to see on the field. He never let anything get him down. If he failed at something, he would just get up and try again.
He was an inspiration to us all.
