Father of Tara Speicher; brother of Carole (Timothy) Kumpf, Susan (William) Linn and the late Bonnie (surviving Edwin) Schlemmer; loving uncle of Jeffrey (Kateri) Linn, Kevin (Cristina) Kumpf and Patrick Schlemmer; great-uncle of Arianna Kumpf, Cascia and Donato Linn; nephew of Helen Mass; also survived by many loving cousins. Dale was a longtime employee of Kuhn's Market in Bellevue.
