Age 49, a businesswoman, a local communications company president who was a former senior weapons scientist with the CIA, died of cancer at her home in Washington. She worked for the CIA from 1965 to 1982. Then she was a vice president of Potomac Communications which was involved in the development of cell phone systems. Beloved wife of John Eicher and mother of Robert Eicher, sister of John Capozzoli, Mary Ann Scott and Louise Swink.
