Age 58, of Cuddy, formerly of Carnegie, passed after an illness. Loving son of Ruth (Anthony) Balistreri and the late Wilbur Campbell; brother of Perry Campbell of Baltimore, MD, Daryl (Rose) Campbell of Baltimore, MD, Gary (Erma) Campbell of Atlanta, GA; also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Dave loved restoring classic cars and loved all animals.
