Age 67, passed away peacefully. She was a caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and wonderful friend. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA. Sandy married Lloyd Saylor in 1964. After Lloyd retired from the Army in 1978, they decided to make El Paso their home. She worked and retired with El Paso Community College, and volunteered with the Red Cross. Sandy is survived by her husband Lloyd, and three daughters Renee Saylor Culp, Lori Saylor Curtis, and Kimberly Saylor McBroom, sons-in-law JR Culp, Brad Curtis, and Scott McBroom, grandson Kyle Lapp, granddaughter Nicole Lapp, and great granddaughter Emily Lynn. She is also survived by her brother, Jim Eckenrode.
