Age 45, of Wellington, FL. Beloved husband of Karen (Doran) Stein, father of Bradley, son of the late Mary and Francis Stein, brother of Francis (Lisa) Stein and Martin (Jill) Stein.
Sadly, Vern was killed by his 18 year old son, Bradley, with a shotgun. Bradley was angry with his parents for being grounded over a truck that Bradley crashed and trashed. Bradley snuck into his parent's bedroom as they slept and shot them both. Vern died a few days later, Karen survived. Bradley is now in prison until 2042.
Rest in peace, dear Vern. I remember you as a very sweet person.
