Beloved husband of Margaret for 40 years; loving father of Lindsay, Kent and Anne, Carrie, and Rocky; caring grandfather of Clara Bea; brother of Thomas; son of the late Peter and Stella. Frank graduated from Chartiers Valley High School, the University of Pittsburgh and was a Phi Gamma Delta alumni.
