About	60 of Washington formerly of Hurricane West Virginia and Cecil died Sunday-July 15,2007 at the Donnell House after losing a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born February 26, 1947 in Scott Twp., Pittsburgh. Pa. the daughter of Sheila Innes Bartczak of Bower Hill and the late Victor Bartczak. Mrs. Manson was an Administrative Assistant at Columbia Gas Transmission in Charleston W.V. and in Washington Pa. retiring in February of 2000. She was the beloved wife of Richard A. Manson whom she married October 15, 1966 whom survives. She was the loving mother of one daughter; Joy E. (Ray) Browne of Charleston, West Virginia, three brothers; Joseph (Faith) Bartczak of New Washington, Ohio, Kevin (Melanie) Bartczak of Melbourne, Florida, David Bartczak of Bower Hill, one sister; Catherine (Charles) Ferguson of Red Lion, Pa., several nieces and nephews also survive.
