About	Age 49, of Winston-Salem, NC, formerly of Carnegie, PA, died at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. He was born on June 20, 1962 in Pittsburgh, PA to Harry and Theresa Makitka. Greg was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in civil engineering. He was a devoted son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and cousin. In addition to his parents, Greg is survived by a nephew, Andrew Makitka and niece, Kaitlyn Bryan; a sister, Terri Bryan; brother-in-law, Gary; and a brother, Glenn. Interment will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory.
