About	Age 54, of Scott Twp., suddenly, yet peacefully passed away, surrounded by his loving family on November 12, 2011. Tim was a loving and caring son, brother, uncle and friend. He was a graduate of Our Lady of Grace Grade School, Chartiers Valley High School and IUP. Tim excelled at football, basketball and baseball. Many of his records still stand, including a basketball single game record of 54 points at Chartiers Valley High School. He was the 1st team all WPIAL quarterback in 1975 and a three year letterman at IUP in basketball. Tim was the devoted son of the late John Edward and Anne Clark Skelley. He is survived by his identical twin brother, Terry (Holly) Skelley, Sheila (Jack) Fouts, Anne (Neil) Brown, Patricia (Gil) Smith, Julie (Fred) Norton of Pittsburgh, Joyce (Paul) Perowicz of Erie, Vic (Mary Joan) Skelley of Minnesota and Susan (James) Fagan of Morrisville, PA; 22 nieces and nephews and seven great-nieces and nephews.
