Age 26, in California. Beloved husband of Cheryl Tilley Gannon, son of Eleanor Junker and the late John Gannon, brother of John Gannon, Maureen Mannella, Mary Lee and Mark R. Gannon, stepson of Thomas Junker, stepbrother of Kathryn, Thomas, James, Jules, Joseph and Daniel Junker. Contributions were directed to the Leukemia Society.
Thomas, a welder, has been fighting leukemia for a long time and he met his wife, a nurse, at Presbyterian Hospital. They married and started their life together in Castle Shannon. Tom underwent a bone marrow operation at the UCLA Medical Center, which was considered successful, but fell victim to a viral infection and died.
