About	Ashley was an ex-CV student who would have been in the class of 2008. Age 17, of North Fayette Twp, formerly of Bridgeville, passed away from injuries suffered in a vehicular crash on Interstate 79. She was the beloved daughter of Catherine Berton and Michael Cook, sister of Leonard Berton II, Beth Berton and Charles Cook. Ashley was a senior at West Allegheny HS. Her boyfriend, Ross Heinz, also died in the same crash, which took place on Dec 21, 2007. She eventually succumbed to her injuries at Allegheny General Hospital. Ashley will be remembered by all for her love of family, friends, animals, poetry, country music and outdoor activities.
