Virginia passed away at age 54 from cancer. Beloved wife of William P. Schwartz, mother of Wendy Sybert and Roy Bussard, step-mother of Sherrie Fednuok and William J. Schwartz, grandmother of Gabrielle Sybert and Kaylee Bussard.
Virginia worked at the Allegheny County Dept of Aging for 18 years. She received a BS in Nursing and a Masters Degree in public health at the University of Pittsburgh and was employed at both Kane and Allegheny General Hospital.
