Richard, age 23 of Port St. Lucie, FL, formerly of Pittsburgh. He was a resident of Port St. Lucie for 3 1/2 weeks coming from CA, when he died in a car accident. He was the beloved son of Alexander and Sarah Foster, brother of Thomas, David and James Foster.

Rick was in the 7th Engineer Support Batallion, First FSSG, US Marine Corps.
