About	Caesar, age 43, was out for a fun evening with his son, Caesar III, when he was hit by a car while crossing a street in Bridgeville. The driver did not stop and Caesar died of head injuries in St. Clair Hospital about an hour later. Caesar's wife of 17 years, Carrie Jo Music Tavoletti, had died one year before Caesar. Carrie Jo died of an aneurysm on March 3, 2002. Caesar was the beloved father of Caesar Tavoletti III, and Brittany and Christopher Tavoletti. He was the son of the late Suzanne (died 2012) and Caesar Tavoletti, Sr.; and brother of Lisa Barber and Kimberly Ann Bell.
