About	Harvey, age 60, of Scott Twp., PA died while rafting with fellow Vietnam Veterans in Oregon. He was the beloved husband of Cindy Kappeler and loving father of Kim, Kevin and Brian Kappeler. Brother of Carol Kapinski, Janet Pfeil and Alan Kappeler. Interment at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
