About	Andy, of Collier Twp., died at age 40. Beloved husband of Catherine Walsh Koss, father of Caulene Kallsh, Amy, Rebecca, Andrew and Matthew Koss. He is buried at Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery in Collier Twp, PA. Rest in peace, Andy. (UPDATE: I was told Andy died of a heart attack.)
