About	Jeff died at age 22 in a hit-and-run incident in Ferguson Township. He and a friend were jogging along Rt. 45 when he was struck by a green car with a white license plate. The driver did not stop. Jeff was a ninth-term environmental resource management major who attended Westminster College before going to Penn State. He was the beloved son of Robert and Barbara Hawk, and brother of Mary Nell Hawk.
