Arthur William “Bill” Boler was born on September 2, 1958, and died October 14, 2025 after a brief illness. Bill graduated from Chartiers Valley in 1976. He then graduated from Yale University with a BA in Architecture. He continued his education at the University of Harvard to receive a Masters in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning.
