| About | Lynne Anne (Pennetti) Suchoza, age 79, of Bridgeville, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026. Lynne was a lifetime member of Bethany Presbyterian Church, where she served as an Elder, member of the Secret Sisters and Discipleship Team, organized the church’s holiday flowers, and involved with the children’s youth programs. Lynne was an avid reader, enjoyed summer drives to get ice cream, talking on the phone, singing during church services, and having her family and friends gather at her house, especially during the holidays. Lynne, better known to many as “Bubba” or “Lynnie” adored her grandchildren and the many children she helped raise from an early age which was affectionately known as “Lynnie’s School”. Lynne will be remembered for her generous heart and kind gestures that made so many people around her feel loved. Born December 30, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Ann (Irvin) Pennetti. Lynne was the beloved wife of Michael Suchoza; loving mother of Annie (Scott) Doty, Erin (Sean) Colvin, and Jamie (Brad) Baldridge; cherished grandmother of Sean Doty, Amanda Doty, Carson Colvin, Ronin Colvin; and sister of Cheryl (the late James) Smith. Family and friends received on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333). A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon, on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Bethany Presbyterian Church. Interment to follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. As we celebrate her life, we find comfort in knowing her love continues through acts of kindness. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Woodhaven Recovery, a residential program that has supported someone near and dear to her heart in their recovery journey. Woodhaven Recovery, 21 New Hope Lane, Factoryville, PA 18419. |
