About	On Saturday, December 20, 2025. Beloved wife for 44 years of Thomas Helbig; loving mother of Christopher (Desiree), Matthew, Nicholas (Lindsey), and Kevin (Sarah) Helbig; proud Gigi of Livianna, Savannah, Emersyn, and Wyatt; sister of Joseph (Kelly) Valashinas and Terri (Andy) Mehiel; also survived by generations of nieces and nephews. Gloria (GiGi) was devoted to her family, finding her greatest joy in caring for and supporting those she loved. She was a deeply involved and loving mother, always present at school activities and delighting in making handmade crafts for shows and special events. Gloria had a gift for baking, especially her beloved lemon squares, which became a favorite for family and friends alike. She found comfort and happiness in knitting while watching her favorite comedy shows, often laughing along as her needles moved. Music filled her home, and she could often be found dancing around with a smile, letting the rhythm lift her spirit and brighten the day of everyone around her. Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME INC., where family and friends will be received on Sunday, December 28, 2025 from 2 pm-6 pm at 101 Third St., Carnegie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Raphael the Archangel Parish, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church on Monday, December 29, 2025 at 10:00 am. Following Mass, Gloria will be laid to rest in Chartiers Cemetery.
