About	Anthony G. Shaffer, 66 of Marinette, passed away peacefully Saturday, October 20, 2012 at his home with his loving family at his side. He was born to the late Anthony and Marian (Shady) Shaffer December 8, 1945 in Canonsburg, PA. He married the former Diane Glander May 23, 1981. Anthony worked at Waupaca Foundry in Marinette for ten years and most recently at Wal-Mart in Marinette. He enjoyed fishing and spending as much time as possible with his family. Surviving are his wife, Diane, one son, Tony (Sarah) Shaffer, Green Bay; two daughters, Rebecca (Matthew) Petasek, Green Bay; Marian Shaffer, Green Bay; three grandchildren, Kilee, Hailey and Layla; five siblings, Aleta (Tom) Morrell, Crivitz; Lynne (Bob) Beltrame, Crivitz; John (Sharon) Shaffer, Middle Inlet; Joe (Cyndie) Shaffer, Crivitz; Mary Kay (Al) Basak, Crivitz; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Anthony was preceded in death by his parents and his step-mother, Frances Shaffer. Relatives and friends may call at the Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home, 801 George St., Crivitz on Wednesday, October 24th from 12 noon until the time of Memorial Services at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Pastor Nick Johannes officiating. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Unity Hospice for their wonderful care and support.
