About	Diana Wilkes, 78, of Peters Township, died Wednesday, May 8, 2024, in Halcyon Senior Living of Bridgeville. She was born August 11, 1945, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Edward and Rebecca Gray Schaffer Diana was a homemaker and her grandchildren were her world. Surviving are four sons, William (Christine) Wilkes of Peters Township, Donald Wilkes of Finleyville, Kenneth (Jenny) Wilkes of Maryland, and Robert (Jennifer) Wilkes of Peters Township; seven grandchildren, Tyler, Ashlee, Bryce, Abigail, Amberly, Kenneth Jr. and Brady; one brother, William (Barb) Schaffer of Rennerdale; and a great-granddaughter on the way. Deceased are her husband, William Wilkes; and brother, Edward Schaffer. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 10, in Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., David P. Kegel, supervisor, 3560 Washington Avenue, Finleyville, where a blessing service will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 11. Interment will follow in Finleyville Cemetery
