About	Walter D. Tabor Jr., 82, of McDonald, passed in his home Saturday, January 11, 2025. He was born August 23, 1942, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Walter D. Sr. and Virginia Shay Tabor. He was a graduate of Chartiers Valley High School, Class of 1961. Walter worked for Local 66 as a heavy equipment operator. On November 30, 1962, he married Janet L. Walnoha, who survives. Walter was a member of the Centennial Lodge, post 544, Free & Accepted Masons in Carnegie. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, cleaning his car, collecting guns, riding horses, boating and traveling with his wife. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a daughter, Pamela (John) Schlebusch; a granddaughter, Heather (Bobby) Ayers; four great-grandchildren, Alyson, Anastasia, Abygale and Austin Hall; and two nephews, Jeffrey and Travis Tabor of Avon, N.Y. Deceased are a son, Walter D. Tabor III; and a brother, Jeffrey Tabor. Family will receive friends from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 16, in Graff-Nation Funeral and Cremation Service LLC., 220 E. Lincoln Avenue, McDonald, PA 15057.
