Isaiah C. Tillar, age 33, of Carnegie, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 14, 2025 due to complications from diabetes. Isaiah is survived by his fiancée; Maci Maxwell; son, Neeko J. Tillar, daughter; Nova M. Tillar, brother; William A. Tillar, Jr., grandmother; Nancy Hartz, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father; William A. Tillar, Sr., mother; Cindy Marie (Hartz) Tillar and brother; Jonathan J. Tillar.
