About	James H. Prescott III, age 73, passed on Monday, May 12, 2025 in UPMC, Camp Hill, PA. He was surrounded by his family. He is preceded in death by his parents, James H. Prescott Jr and Garnet B. Sibilia. Loving brother of Deborah Partridge, Karen L. (Bill) Seibel, and Susan P. (Dave) Marr.

Jimmy and I grew up together. We played football and road bikes. We were after school and on weekend buds.

We passed each other thru our late teens to early twenties. It was in our early twenties when jimmy got sickly.

Once I moved for my first job to Columbus and then Cleveland we lost touch. It wasn’t until the reunion 15-16 years ago that I found out where he lived. I reached out sending him a letter. I guess it was a little too late.

Early on, we were a fairly big part of each other’s lives. Writing this brings sadness for the passing of Jim and the days we missed talking. It also brings realization that there are many other lost friends that I need to reach out and touch again. Denny.
