About	Richard Lough Rosser, 72, cherished husband, father, father-in-law, grandpap, brother, uncle and friend passed away peacefully on July 27, 2024 surrounded by his beloved family. Richard was born January 31, 1952, in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania to William Frank Rosser and Florence Lough Rosser. He graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan where upon graduation he met the love of his life, Vicky (Webster). After traveling the world and living in Germany, they settled in Herndon, Virginia. There he built a beautiful life as an adored educator in Fairfax County for over two decades. After Vicky’s passing, he returned to his hometown for retirement. Richard is survived by his two children, Andrew William Rosser and his wife Monica of Naples, FL and Cassandra Webster Rosser of Pittsburgh, PA. He relished in being grandpap to Oliver Alexander Rosser and Frederick Richard Rosser. Grandpap was generous, loving, and always thrilled to see his boys, blowing kisses to each other until the very end. He is lovingly remembered as the brother of the late Sandra (Rosser) and her husband Donald Thomas of Upper Saint Clair, uncle of John (Julienne) and Holland (Derrick Alvarez), great uncle to Jackson and Giselle Thomas; brother-in-law of Kathy Cooper (Philip) and David Cooper, uncle of Dan (Lauren), Michael, and Benjamin Cooper. He was predeceased by his beloved Vicky and his dog Samie who are now reunited forever.
