About	George A. Verlihay, Esquire, 75, of Chippewa Twp, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, after a lengthy illness. Born December 2, 1948, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late George and Anna Louise (Beilby) Verlihay. George received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University. He served in the United States Army with a rank of First Lieutenant. He is a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Suellen Verlihay (daughter of the late Donald and Joann Majzlik); two sons, Ryan Verlihay and Brad Verlihay and his fiancée Marissa Chute; a brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Jolene Verlihay; two nephews, Thomas (Kristen) and Scott (Emma); a niece, Samantha (Matt); a great-niece, Emma a great-nephew, Michael; brother in law of the late Jeffery Majzlik (Debi) and Kevin Majzlik and his two golden retrievers, Addy and Lexy.
