About	Age 64, of Collier Twp., formerly of Bridgeville, passed away after a lengthy illness. Sally is preceded in death by her parents Patrick and Vivian Fagan and her brother John Fagan. She is survived by her loving husband Dominic Mannella; cherished son Ryan (Kalyn) Mannella; siblings Sherry (Bob), Patty (the late Kenny), Ricky (Patty), Terri, Kim (Mark); and many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly. Sally worked at St. Clair Hospital for 38 years as an RN, receiving the Cameo of Caring award in 2007. Sally would like to thank Dr. McDowell, Dr. Girard, Dr. Shea, and the staff at Family Hospice for their support
