Richard A. Williams, age 49, of Cecil Township, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. Beloved husband of Karen Williams; loving father of Darci (Matt) Bellay and Devin Williams; cherished Pappy of Adalynn; son of the late Albert (Trudy) Williams and Leona Matthews; also survived by many siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends. Rich was a devoted husband and loving father. He loved family, life, and country and honorably served in the United States Army for 23 years. As well as, the U.S. Postal Service for 20 years.
