Beloved wife of Leonard Pedrotti for 40 years; loving mother of Angela (Dan) Hoffman; adoring Nunny of Harper and Reagan Hoffman; preceded in death by her parents Herman and Catherine (Borra) Ruttenberg; cherished sister of Allen (Melissa) Ruttenberg, Amy (Bill) Wagner, Mark (Dana) Ruttenberg, and Linda Hanjorgiris; also survived by many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Judy was a former employee of Mellon Bank and worked locally as a seamstress and graphic designer. In retirement she worked at Joann Fabrics in Bridgeville, and she was able to help care for her granddaughters, who were her greatest joy.

Judy was an angel on earth, & now is in heaven! When I returned to the “burg” from Ohio in 78’ we were the best of friends.We did some traveling and had a lot of good times around town! Judy was instrumental in getting me with my hubby of 40 plus years, &, although life took us in different directions, we never lost touch, & always had a lunch date around the holidays! I miss her, and will always have the BEST memories of her!
Judy loved her family more than life, and my heart breaks for Lenny, Angela, & the sweet girls who were her life! Sleep with angels, Jude! We will always love you!
