About	On the afternoon of June 17th, 2023, Wendy J. Price, passed away peacefully in her Edgewood, PA, home. She was 69 years old. In 1953, Wendy J. Price was born in Heidelberg, PA, the daughter of Charles B. McKelvey and Florence M. (Norcie). Sister to Venus Gianni, Dawn Grois, Timothy, and David McKelvey. Wendy worked as an RN in hospitals across Pittsburgh, PA, for many years. She was extremely proud of her service in the medical ?eld and enjoyed all of the long-lasting friendships that she made over the years. She met her husband of 41 years dancing the night away at Zelda's. She spent her life devoted to him and their beloved daughter, Alicia Leo (Price). If you knew Wendy, you knew her smile, you knew her laugh. Wendy was a daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and a friend. She loved sewing, crocheting, and crafting. She loved her garden and her ?owers. She loved her beach and the mountains. But, if you knew Wendy in the last 11 years, you knew she was also a Gammy and that there was nothing she loved more than her grandchildren. She was the player of Barbies, the crafter of all things (especially paper phones), the master of pretending, and the curator of sweet treats. She was our Queen Nina. Wendy is survived by her husband, Ronald; daughter, Alicia; son-in-law, Daniel; and her beloved grandchildren, Zoe and Lucas. She is also survived by her sisters, Venus and Dawn; and brothers, Timothy and David. Your spirit and memory will never leave us. You are and always will be the best Gammy we could have ever asked for!
