She was the beloved wife of Charles “Chuck” Tarr, and they were waiting for the birth of their first child at the time of her passing. Karen was a Registered Nurse and lived in Slippery Rock, PA. Beloved daughter of William G. (died 2017) and Lillian J. Klein (died unknown), and sister of Steven (Beth) Klein and Eugene “Geno” (Anne) Klein. (Brother Eugene passed away on July 19, 2023.)
