Margaret M. Winger, 59, of Scott Township, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. Margaret was born on October 1, 1963, in Pittsburgh, PA and is the daughter of the late Jack and Bernadette Welty. She is survived by her loving husband Rodger of 25 years. She is the loving mother of Ethan, Noah, and Emma. Sister of Colleen Welty, the late John (Denise) Welty, Christine (Chet) Farabaugh, Bryan (Christy) Welty and Shawn Welty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, her furry friend Colt, and many, many dear friends. Margaret enjoyed baking, arts, and crafts, and socializing with friends. She loved family gatherings and spending quality time with her family.
