Beloved wife of the late Charles “Dutch” Dunbar; loving mother of Lori (Joe) Seaman, Scott (Stacey) Dunbar, the late Heather Dunbar, and Keyona Lynn Dunbar; cherished grandmother of Joshua (Taylor) Dunbar, Corey C. Dunbar, Justin S. Dunbar, Alexis Adams, Megan (Nico) Cersosimo, and Tyler J. Seaman, and great-grandmother of Gia Rae Cersosimo, Carson Seaman, Melody Cersosimo, Gabriella Slattery, Dawson Dunbar, Cruz Seaman, and Francesca Cersosimo; daughter of the late Mary (Reed) and Nicholas Wagner; sister of the late Nicholas Wagner, Sandra Kneid, and the late Patricia Martino; also several nieces and nephews. Joyce enjoyed trips to the casino and cruises. More than anything, she adored her great grandchildren and loved spending time with them.
