JoeAnn passed away at age 64, on October 28, 2022 after suffering several strokes. She was the beloved mother of Johnathan and Evin Siegal; daughter of Regis and JoeAnn Lach; sister of Kimberly Lach and Regis Lach, Jr., half-sister of Melanie Conic and Daphne Moak of New York; also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. JoeAnn was predeceased by brothers Christopher and Jeffrey Lach.
