Beloved husband of Mary Lee (Snyder) Tracy for 47 years; cherished brother of Donna (Jim) McGeachy, Sandra (the late Fred) Fellwock; Daniel (Karen) Tracy, Alicia Tracy, and the late Dennis Lange; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. William was a retired police officer for the Federal Reserve Bank, Pittsburgh, a HAM radio operator, and a car enthusiast.
