Jack H. Donnelly, age 73 of Collier Twp., on Tuesday May 24, 2022. Beloved husband of Pauline Donnelly; loving father of Seth Donnelly (Brandy) and Eric Donnelly. Son of the late Edward "Jack" and Dolores Donnelly. Brother of Lorie, Melody, and the late James Kevin Donnelly. Also survived by 3 grandchildren; Logan, Preston and Kaylee.
