About	Donald "Don" Sylvester Aleski, age 75, passed peacefully at home on Saturday, April 9th, 2022. Don was born and grew up in Bridgeville, PA; he met and married his high school sweetheart, "his one and only", Barb (Oliver) Aleski at Char-Val, and together they raised a family in Carnegie, PA. In addition to his wife, Barb, of 52 years, Don is survived by his children, Emily and Michael (Marigrace); and his grandson, Theodore. He is preceded in death by his parents, Felix and Katherine; his brother, Butchie; and several beloved in-laws. He is also survived by sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. Don proudly served his country as a specialist of the U.S. Army from 1966-1968 and was honorably discharged. He worked as an accounting manager at Mallet & Co. in Carnegie for 42 years. Don was a lifelong fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pitt Panthers, enjoyed country music, and treasured golfing with his son on Sundays. Most of all, Don loved spending time with his family. A devoted husband, a cherished father, a loving son and brother, a beloved uncle and brother-in-law, a gentle and easy spirit the world will miss. His laugh and kindness will live on in the hearts of his family forever.
