Grandmother of Bradyn, Paetynn, CeeJae, Breanna, KC, Angelina, Isabella, Jumel II, and Omari-Henry. Daughter of Donna Evans. Sister of William, Timothy, David, Randy and Dennis Pacatte. Tina was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She accepted people for who they were and never judged a soul.
