Loving father of Heather (Paul) Petruskie and April (Michael) Panzino; dear grandfather of Carley, Bailey, Gillian, Addison, and Jeonni; son of the late William and Shirley (Snyder) Cochran; brother of Ruth (Nick) Oehm and the late Dennis Cochran; also survived by nieces and nephews and his dog Max and cat Smokie. William served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and was a retired Water Treatment Operator for the City of Pittsburgh. He enjoyed motorcycles, camping, guns, the outdoors and driving his Corvette.
