About	Perry died at Kane Hospital in Scott Twp. on September 28, 2021 at age 62. Perry suffered from multiple sclerosis for many years. He asked a friend to help him write his own eulogy and in it he said, “that b*tch pneumonia probably took me” and he was right. Beloved son of the late Joseph and Catherine Crivaro; brother of Corrine Santacasa and Annette Frawley.
