About	Houston, PA resident, longtime Step by Step employee. 52, died on Wednesday, March 28, 2007, as a result of a house fire. She was born December 28, 1954, in Bridgeville, a daughter of Frederick and Pauline Calabro Wagner. Mrs. Pape enjoyed spending time with family, friends and animals, but most of all with her grandchildren. She was employed by Step by Step for 23 years. Surviving are her husband, William F. Pape, Jr.; two daughters, April Owens and Melissa Pape, both of Washington; two grandchildren, Kacee Ryan Pape of Florida and Abel Daniel Bebout of Washington; a brother, Fred Wagner, Jr. of Denison, Texas; a sister, Paula Wagner of Wichita, KS; and several nieces and nephews.
