About	William “Buddha” Jerome Boncek, age 71, of 985 Simpson Ditch Road, Elizabeth City, NC died Thursday, July 13, 2017 at his residence. A native of Carnegie, PA, he was born December 10, 1945 to the late Joseph Boncek and Stella Butkowski Boncek, and was the husband of Donna Wanek Boncek of the residence. Mr. Boncek was a Viet Nam veteran who served honorably in the US Army from 1963 to 1967. He was a member of Southern Riders and retired from the US Postal Service. In addition to his wife of forty-seven years, he is survived by two daughters, Jenneffer Jahraus and husband Todd of CA and Dawn Diliello and husband Charles of Elizabeth City; a sister, Joann Licciardello of Pa; two brothers Stan Boncek of TX and John Boncek of GA; and five grandchildren.
