Joe, 64, of Pineville, NC, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021. Born March 24, 1957 in Upper St. Clair, PA, he was a son of Gladys Constant and the late Joseph Constant. He graduated from Chartiers Valley High School. Joe was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Charlotte. He was an avid amateur astronomer and enjoyed photography. In addition to his mother, Joe is survived by his wife, Saundra; and three children, Amber Mellon (Matthew), Joseph Charles Constant (Stacey) and Steven Andrew Constant; and six grandchildren, Benjamin, Mark, Ann and Patrick Mellon, and Miriam and Josie Constant; a brother, William Constant (Jane); his sister. Lisa Lyon (Dave); sister, Tammy Tyrone (Dale).
